Hiragana Narabe!! Privacy Policy

Kyohei Hakka ("we") respects the privacy of users of the iOS app "Hiragana Narabe!!" ("the App"). This policy explains what the App collects and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

1. Game data: Your high score and Word Book progress are stored only on your device. We do not operate a server and never transmit this data to us.
2. Usage analytics: Firebase Analytics anonymously records how the App is used — which mode you play, your score, and which words you solve or get stuck on. It contains no information that identifies you personally.
3. Diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and error logs so we can fix problems. These contain no personally identifying information.
4. Advertising: The App shows banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may access the IDFA (advertising identifier) only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized. See Google's advertising policies for details.
5. Game Center: If you use the ranking feature, your score is submitted to Apple's Game Center leaderboard. Game Center account information is managed by Apple, and we cannot identify individual users from it.

2. Information we do not collect

• Name, email address, phone number or postal address
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health data
• Text you type (the App has no text input)

3. How we use the information

1. To provide the game and its learning features
2. To investigate and fix crashes and defects
3. To understand which features are used and which words players get stuck on, so we can improve the question selection and difficulty

We do not share your information with third parties except where required by law.

6. Deleting your data and opting out

• Uninstalling the App deletes all high score and Word Book data stored on your device.
• You can stop personalized advertising at any time in iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking by turning off tracking permission for the App.

7. Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us using the details below.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
