Hiragana Narabe!! Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "Hiragana Narabe!!" ("the App") provided by Kyohei Hakka ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Fees

The App is free to use. Any data charges incurred while downloading or using the App are your responsibility.

2. Advertising

The App displays advertising through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for the destinations they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

3. Prohibited conduct

When using the App, you must not:

1. Violate any law or public order and morals
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or redistribute the App
3. Manipulate scores by illegitimate means, or tamper with the leaderboard
4. Interfere with the operation of the App
5. Infringe the rights of us or any third party

4. Intellectual property

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App — including its program, images, audio, word data and all other content — belong to us or to the respective rights holders. You may not use them beyond the scope of private use.

5. About the learning content

The App shows a written form and translation for each word as an aid to learning Japanese vocabulary. These are simplified and are not guaranteed to be complete or dictionary-accurate. Please consult a dictionary for precise definitions.

6. Disclaimer

1. We do not warrant that the App will always operate without fault, or that it will be fit for your particular purpose.
2. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
3. Game data is stored only on your device. We are not responsible for restoring data lost through device changes, uninstalling the App, or any other cause.

7. Changes to and discontinuation of the service

We may change the contents of the App, add or remove features, or discontinue the App entirely, without prior notice.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms without prior notice where we deem it necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Japan having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
